Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday your order will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

Christmas and Sale Period Processing Time

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order. Please allow up to 3-4 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We offer standard and express shipping to Australia and New Zealand, and standard international shipping to the UK & USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
