Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a simple and convenient online portal to help you through the process.
What We Offer
- Exchanges: You may exchange your item for a different size, style, or product.
- Store Credit: If you don’t wish to exchange, we’ll issue you a store credit to use on a future purchase.
- Refunds: Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size purchases, in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC).
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Returns must be processed through our official returns portal - Start A Return
- Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Fees
A small handling fee and return postage cost will be deducted from your store credit or exchange total. These fees cover logistics and restocking.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact us directly at help@scrubsoda.com with your order number along with photos of the fault/damage so we can sort it ASAP.
Under the Australian Consumer Law any item that is deemed faulty, damaged or not as described is entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
We will cover all shipping costs associated with faulty or incorrect items.
